Every year, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) creates a report called The Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce. After calculating data from the USDA, EWG recommends which produce you should buy organic, and those you don’t necessarily need to buy organic if you’re trying to save money. These lists are called the Clean 15 and the Dirty Dozen.
