Junior and Professional Chefs went head to head at the 2014 MCA Salon Culinaire, hosted by the Micronesian Chefs Association at the Guam Community College Culinary Arts kitchen. Farm to Table Guam was one of the proud sponsors to donate fresh, organically grown local produce.
